At NATURALLY FIT WELLNESS, Anita specializes in strength training & mobility programs tailored to individuals over 50. With a passion for empowering others, she offers one-on-one coaching, yoga, and breathwork sessions to help clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence! When she's not training, Anita enjoys hiking, running, and exploring the outdoors in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
