Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the scheduled session. Timely notice allows us to offer your spot to others and ensures you will not be charged.

Cancellation Within 10 Days: Full refund minus costs for sessions already attended. 

Cancellation After 10 Days: Prorated refund based on remaining sessions, with a 10% cancellation fee (up to $15). 

Refund Requests: Must be made prior to the session for a full refund, or no refund can be provided for booked sessions. 

Medical Reasons: Refunds may be issued for medical reasons with a doctor's note. 

Missed Sessions: No refunds for missed sessions, but some programs may allow for make-up sessions.
